Cancellation & Refund Policy

At SSK Automobiles, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are handled.

1. Order Cancellation

1.1 Vehicle Parts or spares Bookings

  • Vehicle bookings can be cancelled before registration and invoicing.
  • Cancellation requests must be made by contacting us directly via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
  • Once the vehicle registration process has started, cancellation may not be possible.

1.2 Spare Parts & Accessories

  • Orders for spare parts and accessories can be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

2. Cancellation Charges

  • Cancellation charges, if any, will be communicated at the time of booking.
  • Administrative or processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Vehicle Booking Amount

  • Eligible refunds will be processed after deducting applicable charges.
  • Refunds are initiated only after internal verification and approval.
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment method used.

3.2 Spare Parts & Accessories

  • Refunds are applicable only if the product is defective or damaged at the time of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
  • The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Delays may occur due to bank or payment gateway processing times.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Vehicle registration or invoicing already completed
  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Damage caused due to misuse or improper handling
  • Electrical parts or customized accessories (unless defective)

6. Return Policy (If Applicable)

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items.
  • Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Return approval is subject to inspection by our team.

7. Mode of Refund

  • Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used during purchase.
  • Cash refunds are not provided.

8. Changes to This Policy

SSK Automobiles reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the website.
